Object Settings Dialog - Light
The Light page of the Object Settings dialog:
General Settings
- Specular Color - The specular color of the light.
Attenuation
- Constant/Linear/Quadratic - Light attenuation factors.
Other Settings
Various settings in the Softimage/XSI light are exported, Some of these can be found in the main light settings, others can be found in the light's soft light shader:
- Light Shader color - This setting is exported as the lights diffuse color.
- Exponent - The light's exponent is exported as its power.
- Use Shadow Map, Use Volume Shadowmaps, or Light Shader shadow - Whichever of these settings is checked indicates whether the light is capable of casting shadows. It is exported.
- Light Shader stop - This setting is exported as the light's range.
- Cone Angle - If the light is a spotlight, this setting is exported.
- Light Shader spread - If the light is a spotlight, this setting is exported.
